Le Renault is a new construction luxury boutique rental building, catering to students and young professionals. Each of the 16 units have a modern design, with high end finishes. Some common elements in each unit include: High ceilings with recessed LED lighting, large eat-in kitchens with quartz countertops and islands, and individual camera buzzer security systems. Units are offered both furnished and unfurnished.

The restoration of the building’s 100-year old facade was based on historical plans found in City archives. The building was previously commercial and served as Montreal’s Renault car dealership in the 1960s and ’70s. The look and feel of the building has been preserved on the outside, against a newly constructed, energy-efficient, modern interior with high-end luxury finishes. The project was completed in 2016.
